Holidays run from September to August (academic year).

We close statutory bank holidays, Easter week, July fortnight and Christmas week.

Parents can request a 2 week holiday break for their invoice at any stage of the year(pro rata).

We accept cash, card and electronic payments as well as tax free and childcare vouchers.

Most of our staff are qualified to a minimum of level 2, where staff do not have a qualification, they are working towards one.

We are registered with the South Eastern Trust SET 00213

We have annual inspections to ensure we are up to standard, all staff must read and adhere to the Child minding and day care minimum standards for children under 12.

All children are supervised at all times, there must be a minimum of 2 staff per room, telephones are in all rooms to allow for communication.

Not a problem, we cater for most requirements, we will ask you to meet with our cook who will talk you through your options.

We look at every case on an individual basis to ensure your child receives the care and development the need in our setting.

Only those designated on your registration form can collect, in emergencies you will be required to call us and we have steps in place to ensure the child goes to the right person.
